What kind of clients do you work with?
As our site highlights, we are “B2B tech” marketing specialists. It’s only a two-word label, but we take both words very seriously.
As business-to-business experts, we know what it takes for organizations to position themselves with other organizations to generate the interest and perception required to open doors for sales and revenue. And, we know the crucial differences that separate the art of B2B from consumer marketing.
On the tech side, the agency’s decades of experience are steeped in hardware, software, integrated solutions, services, apps, and everything else technology. Of course, there’s something new to learn from all our clients, but the industries and context they come from aren’t foreign to us. In other words, we can get right to work on your marketing, and you don’t have to explain things like OT and IT infrastructure to us.
Of course, from time to time we work with clients that aren’t strictly B2B tech if our expertise is going to serve them well.

What size of client do you typically work with?
We work with B2B tech clients of different sizes, and at different stages of growth — from small, pre-launch startups to large, established international firms.
Where exactly an organization is on its growth curve is not as much of a concern to us as understanding the organization’s marketing goals, and if we can provide the marketing services within the right budget to achieve those goals.

Do you work with clients outside of Canada?
We are based in Canada, but have an international client base.
No matter where your team is working from, we can provide the level of services and support you need.
We are also used to working with clients and teams in different time zones, and make a point of ensuring we match our client’s schedules and expectations — not the other way around.
What is the minimum budget to work with your agency?
Off-the-shelf, one-size-fits-all marketing pricing and approaches don’t best serve a client’s marketing or business goals. Every client’s strategic and tactical needs are unique and require individual solutions.
For those reasons, we don’t have minimum engagement criteria or a rigid price list for off-the-shelf marketing services.
We like to work with clients to explore what they’re trying to achieve and the budgets they are working with. Then we put together a proposal to address marketing objectives.
How do you work with your clients? Is it only on retainer?
We understand that all clients are different, and so are their marketing needs. A retainer might be a great way to work with some clients, but not others.
There are three main ways we work with clients:

- Monthly retainer

How do you deliver your services? Who do I work with on projects?
Whether the project is a smaller one-off or a larger year-by-year endeavor, we work as an extension of your team and eliminate the stress of managing different resources.
The agency assigns a dedicated project manager/coordinator to every client to ensure projects are kept on time and on budget, and it is the responsibility of the agency to coordinate all of the team members and resources necessary to complete your project.
As our client, you spend your time reviewing and approving work, and getting more time back in your day — not spending extra time managing an agency or worrying about supervising various resources to get things done.
How does your agency handle confidentiality and sensitive information?
Whether it’s trade secrets, client data, or the secret marketing plans to take over the world, we know that various tech companies have different confidentiality requirements. And we know this because we have experience working at different levels of confidentiality — including getting special certifications to deal with sensitive and restricted information from defense equipment manufacturers.
If you’re concerned that NDAs or other types of restrictions your organization has when working with outside parties will impede or eliminate our ability to work together, don’t write it all off just yet.
